For most institutions that provide consumers with online or electronic bill payment options, you will generally need two pieces of information in order to pay your bills this way.

The first is the name of your payee which, in our case, is RAYNER AGENCIES LTD. The second piece of information you will need to provide is your 6-digit account number. When prompted to do so, enter the 6-digit account number shown on the top-right corner of your invoice. Should you experience any difficulty, please contact your local bank branch.
